We are very fortunate to live in this beautiful seaport town located on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay and the Severn River. Equidistant from Washington, DC and Baltimore, Annapolis is enjoyed by many as a destination vacation but is home to almost 40,000 people. In the heart of central Anne Arundel County, it is the proud site of the US Naval Academy and St. Johns College.

Steeped in history and tradition, it is vibrant with cultural and maritime activities. Long time known as the "Sailing Capital of the World", Annapolis plays host to regattas, boat shows and international water travelers year round.
