Georgie has lived in Annapolis since 1981 and has been selling real estate full time since 1986. She specializes in the Historic District and the Murray Hill area and is also extremely knowledgeable about waterfront properties on the Chesapeake Bay, the Severn and South Rivers and their tributaries. She has been the top producer in the Annapolis Church Circle office of Coldwell Banker since 2003. She has her Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) and is a member of the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), The Masters Club and the Anne Arundel County Board of Realtors. She and her husband, Ted, live on Spa Creek in Annapolis.
